Meter Passport Exploit - Meter and Moonriver Snapshots before exploit

Dear Community,

We have published the snapshot of accounts holding liquidity in the affected assets on Moonriver (Sushiswap ETH-BNB.bsc pool) and Meter (All WETH.eth and BNB.bsc pools).

Please note that the value of the affected assets held might not be the same as the value of assets that you had provided while adding liquidity due to rebalancing of the liquidity pools.

Below approaches were used to determine the liquidity available at the time of the snapshot,

Moonriver Network – Sushiswap ETH-BNB.bsc pool

  • Identification of the block before the start of exploit
    • Block 1442204 had the last transaction before the exploit began
  • Identification of Total liquidity token balance, ETH balance, and BNB.bsc balance at the time of the snapshot block
  • Identification of the liquidity snapshot for the pool since inception
    • Sushiswap subgraph
    • Individual accounts can find their own liquidity snapshot
  • Confirmation of liquidity positions of the Auto-farm account at the snapshot block and tallying the balance with total liquidity token balance
  • Identification of liquidity provided to the Autofarm account by individual accounts
    • Moonriver explorer
  • Identification of the rightful owner of the liquidity in case of inter-connecting accounts (0xb4b71fb46590ae1e4f7e3da71f23ad1a8f809da7, 0xfada8cc923514f1d7b0586ad554b4a0cead4680e)

  • Finalizing the snapshot for the accounts

The only editable field in this file is the account (user address). Please provide the address for which you want to check the BNB.bsc balance at the time of snapshot block. When you transfer these assets to the address mentioned in the compensation plan, you will be eligible for compensation up to the original value of the asset. Any additional affected assets will be compensated as per the compensation plan.

Meter Network – Meter Network determination is complex due to overall 6 pools being impacted

  • Identification of impacted pools due to the exploit
    • WETH.eth-BNB.bsc
    • WETH.eth-MTRG
    • WETH.eth-VOLT
    • WETH.eth-WBTC.eth
    • WETH.eth-BUSD.bsc
    • BNB.bsc-MTRG
  • Identification of the block before the start of exploit
    • Block 20644401 had the last transaction before the exploit began
  • Identification of Total liquidity token balance, WETH.eth balance, and BNB.bsc balance at the time of the snapshot block across all 6 pairs
  • Identification of the liquidity snapshot for the pool since inception for all 6 pairs
    • Voltswap subgraph
    • Individual accounts can find their own liquidity snapshot
  • Tallying the balance with total liquidity token balance in step c for all pairs
  • Identification of linkage between the vault id and address for all accounts holding liquidity at the time of the snapshot for all pairs

  • Finalizing the snapshot for the accounts
